How To Make roasted potatoes

Step 1Wash potatoes. Place potatoes, onion and olive oil in a large bowl and toss until potatoes are coated with oil. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Roast at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes once or twice while roasting.
