Roasted Portabella Mushrooms
My husband sliced up the mushrooms & onions and added them to his hamburger,I ate them as a side dish. Delicious!
- 6 portabella mushroom caps
- 1 red onion,sliced thick
- 1 t. olive oil
- fresh thyme sprigs
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 3-4 garlic cloves,minced
- your favorite italian dressing or vinaigrette
How to Make Roasted Portabella Mushrooms
- 1Season mushrooms and onion with salt,pepper,thyme and garlic.Pour Italian dressing or viniagrette over vegetables.Let marinade 30 minutes or longer.Remove from dressing,grill on bbq or grill pan until vegetables are tender. Add additional dressing to serve.
