This is a super easy recipe, we had some fresh zuchinni and wanted to grill it with our steaks. So I thought I would try this and it was awesome. It had so muc flavor. I use just a little of the garlic salt and pepper, and the paprika gives it a nice color. Plus the kids love it!!

How to Make Roasted Parmesan Zucchini

Step-by-Step

  • 1Slice the zucchini, into thin strips (about 1/4 inch). Then you place place on the grill or a 13*9 pan. You will brush the top and bottom. Then on the top, you will sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, paprika and parmesan cheese.
  • 2If you place on the grill it will take about 10-15 minutes on medium high. If you cook in the oven, preheat to 350 degrees, and place in a glass baking dish. Spray the bottom with olive oil. Then place n a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
