Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried thyme, paprika and black pepper
How To Make roasted parmesan crusted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up the cauliflower and slice the florets in half to make slice about a 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the parmesan, panko, thyme, paprika and pepper together.

Step 3Drizzle the olive oil all over the paper and smooth it around. Spinkle the parmesan mixture over the oil.

Step 4Place the cauliflower on the parmesan mixture and press down a bit. Once all the cauliflower is on the pan spray it with cooking spray all over.

Step 5Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the cauliflower and bake and extra 10 minutes. Serve
