- 1/2 stick
- butter, unsalted
- 1 1/4 bunch
- thyme, leaves
How to Make Roasted Onions with Balsamic Vinegar and Thyme
- 1Preheat the oven to 325-degrees.
Put the onions on a sheet pan and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey.
- 2Season with salt and pepper then top each with a pat of butter and fresh thyme.
- 3Bake for 40 minutes, until the onions are soft and caramelised around the edges.
