Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds okra, trimmed and cut into 1 inch segments
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon wood fired garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How To Make roasted okra

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Add the cut okra to a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and stir to coat. Sprinkle with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
