Roasted Nutmeg Cauliflower
- head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg, ground
- 1/4 tsp
In a 9 by 13 inch baking dish, toss cauliflower with oil, then sprinkle nutmeg and salt over top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes .
