Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces each white mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms
How To Make roasted mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. Clean the mushrooms and chop into pieces. Melt the butter and mix in the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Step 2Add the mushrooms to the butter mixture. Line a baking sheet with foil. Pour the mushroom mixture onto the foil.

Step 3Roast the mushrooms stirring occasionally until shriveled but still juicy. About 30 minutes depending on the size of the mushrooms
