8 ozeach white mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms
How to Make Roasted Mushrooms
- Preheat oven 425 degrees.
Clean the mushrooms and chop into pieces.
Melt the butter and mix in the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the butter mixture.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Pour the mushroom mixture onto the foil.
- Roast the mushrooms stirring occasionally until shriveled but still juicy. About 30 minutes depending on the size of the mushrooms
