Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons pecans, chopped
How To Make roasted maple brussels sprouts with toasted pecans

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, and salt. Pour over the Brussels and mix well.

Step 3Place in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile, place the pecans in a dry pan and roast them on the stove top. Set aside.

Step 5Remove the Brussels sprouts and stir in the pecans. Serve immediately.
