Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons pecans, chopped

How To Make roasted maple brussels sprouts with toasted pecans

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, and salt. Pour over the Brussels and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Place in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, place the pecans in a dry pan and roast them on the stove top. Set aside.
  • Step 5
    Remove the Brussels sprouts and stir in the pecans. Serve immediately.
