- 1 pound portobella mushrooms trimmed and sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons each olive oil, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make roasted maple balsamic mushrooms w bacon

Step 1Preheat the oven 350 degrees Add mushrooms to baking dish. Cover the mushrooms with the olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

Step 2Roast for 30 minutes tossing them a few times. Meanwhile cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels Cut into pieces.
