Ingredients
- ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
- 1 whole head of cauliflower
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- MAPLE TAHINI SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- salt and pepper
- parsley, for garnish
How To Make roasted cauliflower with maple tahini sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Trim the green leaves off the cauliflower. Mix the olive oil and herbs.

Step 2Add the cauliflower to a Dutch oven upside down. Pour the oil mixture over the upside-down cauliflower.

Step 3Turn the cauliflower over and brush the oil mixture over the whole head.

Step 4Place lid on the cauliflower and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 5While the cauliflower is roasting make the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 6After the first 30 minutes remove the lid of the Dutch oven. Let the cauliflower roast uncovered for another 20 minutes to brown the top.

Step 7Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and roast for another 10 minutes.

Step 8Garnish with parsley to serve.
