Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- fresh thyme leaves
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 4 cups chicken stock more or less depending on size of cauliflower head
- 1/2 cup butter melted
How To Make roasted cauliflower with butter sauce

Step 1Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Trim the bottom of the cauliflower head remove the stem and green leaves leaving the cauliflower intact. Place the cauliflower in a large pot and add the chicken stock enough to cover the cauliflower. Throw in the bay leaves and some fresh thyme. Bring to a boil and cook for about 12 minutes. Don't over cook so it falls apart.

Step 2Remove the cauliflower from the stock and place in a baking pan. Ladle a 1/2 cup stock over the cauliflower. Drizzle the butter over the cauliflower.

Step 3Place in oven and roast for 10 minutes. Until a knife can easily slide into the head. Turn the broiler on and broil until golden brown.

Step 4Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Drizzle the buttery stock over the cauliflower and sprinkle some fresh thyme
