Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 8 slices bacon cooked crisp and chopped
- 4 scallions chopped
How To Make roasted cauliflower steaks with cheese sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower leaving the stems intact. Cut 6 equal size steaks cutting from the top down to the bottom. Place the steaks on the baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper

Step 3Roast the cauliflower for 15 minutes then flip and roast another 15 minutes until fork tender.

Step 4While the cauliflower is roasting make the sauce. Place the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic and mustard in a large saucepan over medium heat.Stirring continuously until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper
