Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup panko
- 1/2 cup shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
How To Make roasted cauliflower gratin

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Break the cauliflower into florets and lay them in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt,.Roast for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile add butter to a small saucepan and let it melt. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Mix in the Panko and cook until browned. Toss in 3 tbsp of the cheese. Remove from heat and set aside

Step 3Place the heavy cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup.

Step 4Mix in the remaining cheese and cauliflower. Place in a baking dish and top with the Panko ;mixture. Bake for about 5 minutes.
