Ingredients For roasted cauliflower

    head cauliflower
  • 2-3
    garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 1
    lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese, shredded
  • paprika (optional)

How To Make roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    Cut cauliflower into florets and put in a single layer in an oven-proof baking dish. Add garlic. Sprinkle a lemon over cauliflower and drizzle each piece with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 -25 minutes.

    Test with a fork for desired doneness. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with shredded parmesan and paprika for color.
