Ingredients

  • - 1 very large head of cauliflower
  • - 2 t butter
  • - 2 t olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • - 1/2 tsp paprika

How To Make roasted cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 425 degrees Cut up cauliflower into bite size pieces. Wash and then let dry. Place cauliflower in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour butter and oil over top, stir. Then mix in the salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40-45 turning frequently so they brown evenly. Enjoy!
