Ingredients
- - 1 very large head of cauliflower
- - 2 t butter
- - 2 t olive oil or melted coconut oil
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 3/4 tsp black pepper
- - 1/2 tsp paprika
How To Make roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat over to 425 degrees Cut up cauliflower into bite size pieces. Wash and then let dry. Place cauliflower in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour butter and oil over top, stir. Then mix in the salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40-45 turning frequently so they brown evenly. Enjoy!
