- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
How To Make roasted carrots

Step 1Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool.

Step 2Dip into butter and then in crumbs.

Step 3Roll buttered carrots in the corn flake crumbs.

Step 4Place on greased baking tray and bake in 350 oven 10-12 minutes.
