Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

How To Make roasted carrots

  • Step 1
    Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool.
  • Step 2
    Dip into butter and then in crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Roll buttered carrots in the corn flake crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Place on greased baking tray and bake in 350 oven 10-12 minutes.
