Ingredients
- THIS IS SO SIMPLE AND SO GOOD FOR YOU.
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 - lemons
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 cloves garlic.sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic ,crushed
- - kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley,chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (opt)
How To Make roasted cauliflower w/lemon & garlic (vegetarian)

Step 1Line a cake roll pan (cookie sheet pan) with aluminum foil...makes for very easy clean up.

Step 2add olive oil,salt,pepper,juice of lemons on baking sheet

Step 3chop up cauliflower into bite size pieces

Step 4place cauliflower on baking sheet and roll around in oil and lemon mixture so it is well coated

Step 5place in preheated 305* oven for 25 minutes or until the desired tenderness

Step 6sprinkle chopped parsley over cauliflower

Step 7serve as a side dish or pour over pasta for a full vegetarian meal
