How To Make roasted brussels with parm & panko
-
1Trim and halve the sprouts. Place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over them and toss until coated.
-
2Add the garlic and parmesan to the sprouts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Set aside until just before placing in oven.
-
3When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400F. Add the panko to the bowl and toss until the sprouts are coated. Put the sprouts, face down in a single layer, on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the panko at the bottom of the bowl evenly over the sprouts.
-
4Roast for 20 minutes, turn the sprouts, then roast an additional 5-10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
-
5Transfer to a warm bowl, scraping the browned bits from the baking sheet and sprinkling over all. Serve immediately while they are still crispy.
