roasted brussels sprouts, my way
Made these with our Thanksgiving dinner 11.26.20. It was fantastic. I will definitely make again!

Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh brussels sprouts
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- fresh ground sea salt
How To Make roasted brussels sprouts, my way

Step 1Wash sprouts and dry on towel.. if not dry, oil won't stick to roast them. Cut end off of sprouts. Cut sprouts in half. Put into mixing bowl. When all in bowl, drizzle with olive oil until you see it when you stir, so they are all coated.

Step 2Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Stir to distribute equally. Put flat side down on cookie sheet with sides.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees 20 min. Bigger ones take longer. We used smaller ones.
