Ingredients
- FISH SAUCE VINEGRETTE
- 2/3 cup fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 - lime juice and zested
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek chili paste
- ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make roasted brussels sprouts in fish sauce vinegrette

Step 1Combine all ingredients for Vinaigrette and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrees. Add oil to large baking sheet and spread it around. Place the Brussels Sprouts cut side down . Place in oven and roast for 20 to 30 minutes tossing them around to get a good browning on all sides.

Step 3Remove the vinaigrette from the refrigerator and toss in the cilantro. Top the roasted brussels sprouts with vinaigrette and serve
