roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon & pecans
Growing up, I hated, I mean hated brussel sprouts. Now, I love them & once I saw this recipe....yum it sounds soooo good! I can't wait to make these!

Ingredients
- 2 packages brussel sprouts, frozen, thawed
- 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp & chopped
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, dried
- 4 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted & chopped
- salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon & pecans

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, add brussel sprouts, oil, rosemary, salt & pepper; toss well.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degress F.

Step 3Line a sheet tray with foil & spray with a non stick cooking spray. Pour brussels sprout mixture onto tray & spread out so sprouts are in a single layer.

Step 4Roast for 20 minutes or until lightly browned & crisp. Turn twice while roasting. Remove from oven & sprinkle with bacon, pecans & cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot!
