Growing up, I hated, I mean hated brussel sprouts. Now, I love them & once I saw this recipe....yum it sounds soooo good! I can't wait to make these!

Ingredients For roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon & pecans

2 pkgbrussel sprouts, frozen, thawed

1 lbbacon, cooked crisp & chopped

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 tsprosemary, dried

4 Tbspromano cheese, grated

1/2 cpecans, toasted & chopped

salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon & pecans

1In a large mixing bowl, add brussel sprouts, oil, rosemary, salt & pepper; toss well.

2Preheat oven to 350 degress F.

3Line a sheet tray with foil & spray with a non stick cooking spray. Pour brussels sprout mixture onto tray & spread out so sprouts are in a single layer.

4Roast for 20 minutes or until lightly browned & crisp. Turn twice while roasting. Remove from oven & sprinkle with bacon, pecans & cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot!
