My husband and I love Brussels sprouts. I make them a ton of different ways. This recipe is one of our favorites.

These roasted Brussels sprouts are worthy of a spot on your holiday table. Seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, and thyme, they have a lot of flavor. But what we liked was the addition of balsamic vinegar. Once roasted, they're tangy, salty, and savory with an earthy flavor. The leaves are crispy and caramelized while the Brussels sprouts themselves are soft and tender.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
How To Make roasted brussels sprouts

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. If using fresh Brussels sprouts, cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and trim off any damaged outer leaves. If using frozen, thaw and then cut in half.

Step 2Put the prepared sprouts in a roasting pan.

Step 3Add all of the seasonings.

Step 4Then top with olive oil and vinegar. Toss to coat.

Step 5Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 6Remove from the oven and stir.

Step 7Put back in the oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
