How to Make Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- If using fresh brussel sprouts, cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and trim off any damaged outer leaves. If using frozen, thaw and then cut in half.
- Put the prepared sprouts in a roasting pan. Add all of the seasonings. The top with olive oil and vinegar. Toss to coat.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Put back in the oven and cook for 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
