Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds asparagus, fresh
  • - pam cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • - salt
  • - pepper

How To Make roasted asparagus

  • Step 1
    Trim asparagus ends. Place spears onto a foil-lined cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Spray with Pam, salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in microwave. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over asparagus and serve.
