    green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 md
    red onion, cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dried rosemary
