1 stickbutter

1 mediumgreen bell pepper,chopped

1 mediumonion, chopped

1 cuncooked white rice
-
1 can(s)beef consomme
-
1 can(s)water
How to Make Rice Casserole
- In a large skillet,melt butter. Add bell pepper and onion. Saute until tender.
- To the skillet add 1 "level" cup of rice. Stir to coat with butter,cook a couple minutes longer. Add beef consomme and water.
- Transfer to an ungreased 8x8 baking dish and give a little stir to even out the rice. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
