Ingredients For rice and mushroom casserole

  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 sm
    white onion chopped finely
  • 1 can
    campbells beef consome
  • 1/2 can
    water
  • 8 oz
    chopped mushrooms
  • 1 c
    minute rice uncooked

How To Make rice and mushroom casserole

    Preheat oven 350*. Place butter and chopped onions in casserole dish. Place in oven til butter melts. Add consome, water, mushroms and rice. Bake 30-45 mins til rice has absorbed water. Will still be a little moist but not juicy.

    You can substitute brown rice. Tastes just as good.
