Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 small white onion chopped finely
- 1 can campbells beef consome
- 1/2 can water
- 8 ounces chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup minute rice uncooked
How To Make rice and mushroom casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350*. Place butter and chopped onions in casserole dish. Place in oven til butter melts. Add consome, water, mushroms and rice. Bake 30-45 mins til rice has absorbed water. Will still be a little moist but not juicy.

Step 2You can substitute brown rice. Tastes just as good.
