Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 package wheat biscuits, shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 pound processed cheese
How To Make rice and broccoli casserole

Step 1Saute onion and celery in butter until soft.

Step 2Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions.

Step 3Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart baking dish; bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
