    butter

    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    rice
  • 1/2 lb
    processed cheese

How to Make Rice and Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter until soft.
  2. Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart baking dish; bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. NOTE: This may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
