Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 package wheat biscuits, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 pound processed cheese

How To Make rice and broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    Saute onion and celery in butter until soft.
  • Step 2
    Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart baking dish; bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: This may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
