Ingredients
- 7 cups cucumbers, kirby, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 bunch dill, fresh
- 3-4 cloves garlic
How To Make refrigerator cukes

Step 1In a large bowl combine cucumbers, onion and salt. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.

Step 2In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, water and celery seed. Allow to come to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

Step 3Drain cucumbers well. Pour cooled sugar mixture over cucumbers. Add dill and garlic.

Step 4Refrigerate for 1-2 days. Place in sterile jars. Store refrigerated.
