Have not tried, sounds soooo good, again, my kind of recipe, quick and easy, what can I say, love to cook, but, at times do not have time I would like.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup
    butter
  • 3 red
    bell peppers, cut into rings
  • 3 green
    bell peppers, cut into rings
  • 6
    yellow onions, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 12
    tomatoes, stem ends cut off, cut into wedges
  • ·
    salt to taste & fresh ground black pepper to taste

How to Make Red and Green Pepper Pot

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in skillet. Add peppers and onions; saute over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add tomato wedges. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve warm.
