REALLY EASY CHEESY POTATOES
1 lbbaking potatoes (about 3, cut into 1/2" chunks)
1/2 lb(8 oz.) velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cchopped onions
1/4 csour cream
4 slicebacon, cooked, crumbled
How to Make REALLY EASY CHEESY POTATOES
- In an 8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, mix all ingredients except bacon. Cover.
- Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated 375-degree oven. Top with bacon; bake, uncovered another 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- NOTE: May substitute Mayonnaise for the sour ceam--or even cream cheese! Yummy!
