One Tbspbrown sugar
1/3 craspberry vinegar
How to Make RASPBERRY VINEGAR BEETS
- In large saucepan cover beets with water, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer covered until tender – app. 35 – 40 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Slip skins off and cut into slices.
- In same sauce pan combine butter, sugar and vinegar. Stir until butter is melted. Add beets to sauce and simmer until heated through – stir to coat beets with butter.
