Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- - salt and pepper
- 1 gram green chiles
How To Make raita

Step 1De-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Chop the tomatoes and green Chiles too finely.

Step 2In a bowl whisk the yogurt, add the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green Chiles, salt and pepper.

Step 3Mix everything and lastly garnish it with fresh Cilantro.
