Ingredients

  • 1 c
    yogurt
  • 1 medium
    cucumber
  • 2 medium
    tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 g
    green chiles

How to Make Raita

Step-by-Step

  1. De-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Chop the tomatoes and green Chiles too finely.
  2. In a bowl whisk the yogurt, add the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green Chiles, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything and lastly garnish it with fresh Cilantro.
