Raita is a refreshing curd based recipe and is from Indian Cuisine... Can be eaten just like that as sides or it can be eaten with Indian breads or rice too....

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 gram green chiles

How To Make raita

  • Step 1
    De-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Chop the tomatoes and green Chiles too finely.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl whisk the yogurt, add the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green Chiles, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Mix everything and lastly garnish it with fresh Cilantro.
