If you want a quick, flavorful, yellow squash side dish, this is it! Takes a few minutes and is not your momma's mushy stewed squash! Everyone who complains about summer squash LOVES this!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A wonderfully quick and easy summer side dish. The summer squash is tender. We loved the sweet carrots and slightly caramelized onions. Balsamic vinegar adds a slight tang to the dish. A delicious way to enjoy summer squash.
