Ingredients
- - 1 pkg. orange gelatin, 6 oz
- - 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- - 1/4 tsp. ginger
- - 2 tbsp. sugar
- - 1 cup canned pumpkin
- - 2 tbsp. apple butter
How To Make pumpkin aspic

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl. Add ginger, sugar, pumpkin and apple butter; mix well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch dish. Chill til partially set, stirring occasionally. Chill til firm. May substitute 1 Tbsp. brown sugar for sugar for less sweet aspic or add 1/4 tsp. grated orange rind for more zing. Serves 6
