How to Make Provolone-Topped Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 9X9 glass pan with non-stick spray
  2. Slice tomatoes thinly and layer on the bottom of the glass baking dish.
  3. Place provolone slices over the tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
