Ingredients
- 3 or 4 - large sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup pecans
How To Make praline topped sweet potato casserole

Step 1Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Boil until fork goes through easily. Drain and combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, orange juice and cinnamon. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Step 2Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
