Ingredients For praline topped sweet potato casserole

  • 3 or 4
    large sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, packed firmly
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    pecans

How To Make praline topped sweet potato casserole

  • 1
    Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Boil until fork goes through easily. Drain and combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, orange juice and cinnamon. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  • 2
    Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
