How To Make potato chips

Step 1Wash potatos (Russet is best) slice with mandolin or just use a great potato pealer. place sliced potates in cold salted water (takes out starch)

Step 2lay on cloth and pat dry.

Step 3Heat your oil ( I just use veg oil but peanut is best) to 350. place the potatos in but don't crown them. They will be golden in a few minutes so don't walk away. Take them out and place on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
