1Peel, dice, cook and drain 10 medium potatoes. Mash, mixing in 1 stick of melted butter, 1 cup scalded milk, dehydrated onion bits, salt, pepper to taste and one 8 ounce package cream cheese. Mis all together well and place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep 3 to 5 days.
Remove from refrigerator, uncover, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (puffed and lightly browned)
