How to Make Portabellas on the Barby

Step-by-Step

  1. Clean mushrooms: Take paper towel and moisten slightly and gently rub the mushroom.
    Rub mushroom with plenty of olive oil.
    Lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and ground pepper.
    Put on the barbeque when your food is about 5-10 minutes ready.
    Turn over in-between.
    Enjoy!
