I made this last night, with BBQ-ed pork chops. Yummy!!!!!
I have also made this as a casserole and added some cheese on top….and baked it 325 for about 20 minutes.
·1 – 16 ounce bag frozen corn
·¼ pineapple syrup from canned pineapples
·1 tablespoon unsalted butter
·1 tablespoon green onions chopped fine
·¼ each red and orange peppers chopped
·1/8 teaspoon lime zest
·1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
·sriracha hot sauce “optional”
