I have no idea what the correct polish name is. But this is so yummy. We also add homemade noodles to this. A wonderful side dish.

Ingredients
- 01 large head of cabbage
- 1lb package thick cut bacon slices
- 01 small onion
- 01 pint mushroons sliced
How To Make polish cabbage

Step 1Slice thin onion and mushrooms. Set aside.

Step 2Cut bacon into small chunks. Put it in a cold fry pan and begin to cook. In 5 mins. Add the onions and mushrooms. Simmer

Step 3Slice the cabbage. Add it to pan. Bacon grease and all. Stir.

Step 4Cover simmer stir occasionaly. When the cabbage is tender its done.
