Ingredients
- 2 - apples (red or green)
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
- 1 small head white cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons carrot, grated
- 6 slices fresh pineapple
How To Make pineapple slaw

Step 1Core and chop unpeeled apples. Mix with green pepper and cabbage.

Step 2Mix salt, sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture, sprinkle with carrot and top with pineapple.
