I received this recipe from a neighbor during our annual subdivision get-together. My husband really liked this side dish. It is a refreshing dish to serve during the summer months. It is a perfect side to make for outdoor barbeques.

Ingredients
- 1 can french style green beans
- 1 can la seur peas - small spring peas
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 4 oz. jars pimento - chopped
- 1 bunch green onions - chopped
- 1 - green pepper - chopped
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make pimento vegetable salad

Step 1Combine all dressing ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 2Cool completely.

Step 3Drain all vegetables and put in a medium sized bowl.

Step 4Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.

Step 5Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight and serve!
