Ingredients
- 1 small head savoy cabbage shredded
- 4 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 8 cloves garlic whole
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
How To Make pickled savoy cabbage

Step 1Divide the cabbage between 4 pint jars. Place 1 tsp black peppercorns in each jar. Place 2 cloves garlic in each jar.

Step 2Place the vinegar, water and salt together in a saucepan. Cook just until the salt is dissolved. Pour over the cabbage.

Step 3Water bath for 15 minutes to seal jars
