How to Make Pickled Carrots
- Divide the carrots up between 2 pint jars. Add 1 tsp black peppercorns and mustard seed to each jar. Add 2 cloves garlic to each jar.
- Add the vinegar and water into a saucepan. Add the salt cook just until the salt is dissolved. Pour brine over each jar.
- Water bath for 15 minutes to seal jars.
