pickled beets
This is very tasty when served chilled and gets even better when left for a few days.. Its delicious with potatoe salad ior mashed potatoes fried chicken or roast beef. Delicious anyway you choose to serve it. More sugar can be added if you want it sweeter and. Jalepenos can be added to make it more spicy.. The juice can be saved and added to sweet and sour dishes... Enjoy! Coming to you from sunny Jamaica!
