Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

How To Make pickled beets

  • Step 1
    leave about 3 inches of stem Cook about 5 beets with skins on until tender remove from water and take off skins Make up recipie above. Turn off. Throw beets in syrup, and place in hot jar. Place lid on top securely.
