How to Make Pickled Beets
- 1Cut tops off beets leaving about 1-2 inches on top, leave roots on. Boil in water for about 30 minutes. Cool and remove skins. Slice.
- 2Heat in a saucepan:
apple cider vinegar
- 3Pack sliced beets into jars and cover with the hot liquid. Place tops and rings on jars and process for thirty minutes.
