I don't know Phil, but this recipe is a big hit with my sister and all who work with him! I have decided to make a small change and make two slices of bread into crumbs and put on the casserole with several dots of butter.

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can white creamed corn
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 slices bread, processed to crumbs (optional)
How To Make phil's easy corn casserole

Step 1Drain whole kernel corn; Mix the cans of corn with the sugar.

Step 2Whisk the flour into the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat the eggs lightly and add to the milk, whisking till all is smooth.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 400 degrees; Butter a 9X9" dish; Mix milk and corns together.

Step 4Dot the top with several bits of butter, about 2 tablespoons.

Step 5bake in the buttered dish for 60 minutes.
